Great culture, company, and products. 4th/4 is frustrating and will hear the same complaints but the product is very good. Future is bright! Training is excellent as well.

I'm the only female on the team and there are no african americans. The culture is that of the "good ole boys". They think women should be seen and not heard.

Bausch + Lomb has product availability issues. This has made numerous years difficult to protect their reputation in the marketplace.
