Great training and some great managers, if it is your first sales job you could do great or you could get fired in a month. High turnover and mostly only the favorites make it. Family run start up and favorites are apparent. Opportunity to make decent commission is there but nothing special and your livelihood at the company depends on your territory.

I love my job here, however, I just wish there was more flexibility in my work schedule and had the option to work from home when it made sense for my schedule.

Fast paced work environment. Good leadership. I have enjoyed my time with the company. Promotion seems attainable with hard work ethic.
