Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked there for a long time and was a high performer and high earner. However, because the company underperformed the market most people did not hit quota. Leadership, while they claim to have a great culture, is horrendous and people work out of fear from losing their jobs. Product supply was a significant issue and still is. The product lacks focus and the salesforce needs specialization to compete with the market leader in Stryker.
