Good overall. Need a better work life balance. Med Device seems to be on the decline, with backorders, and company structure.

Just getting started with med device. Very demanding career. Not really a work life balance if you have a lot a business. Too much stuff needs to be done in and outside of the OR. Day to day is dependent on the team you work and cover cases with.

I worked there for a long time and was a high performer and high earner. However, because the company underperformed the market most people did not hit quota.
