Great company to work for with an amazing culture. Insurance like that at the price often seen as a 'nice to have' which makes closing hard. No shortage of leads but annual reviews of policies by prospects means you only get one shot a year typically. Base pay could be higher.

Overall it has been great bit rocky start but the support throughout has been top tier. Great culture within and really excited for the future. Not an easy sell so it does really test grit and perseverance in the end but well worth it
