Reps are an amazing group of people who are actively trying to make the world a better place by helping everyone discover their natural talents and find the roles that will lead to their best work/life fit.
We have well defined sales processes, but allow the reps to dictate exactly how they go about it. Underperforming reps are given coaching and extra learning opportunities, but we are lean enough we can't carry underperforming reps year over year. The team expects everyone to pull their weight.
