Solid place to work, especially at St.Louis HQ or traditional selling region. Very little support or structure for new territories or states. Ridiculous quotas compared to similar companies. Old boy network + nepotism comprises senior leadership.

my overall experience was very much a square peg within a round hole - great organisation but simplistically focused on box shifting as opposed to higher value sales; the US team view the EMEA team as their 'poor cousins' was my experience

Nothing really to add, it was a role and although the company claims to be :family" and a great place to work, I found that not to be true overall. If you lived and worked in St Louis, the Headquarters, it seemed to be more true.
