My overall experience is that this company has changed my life. I'm able to provide for my family like never before and I love that we help thousands of business succeed with their digital marketing efforts. There are a lot of people who have been here for 10+ years and it's because of the work we do and the comp plan that we have available to us. The inbound leads are also a nice time saver

Last I was employed there, WordStream sells digital marketing campaigns to small businesses. The administrative costs were above market rate, and could be about 100% of marketing budget meaning that if someone had a $10,000 monthly budget, $5,000 of that would be allocated to administrative costs.
