Unfortunately, work life balance for top earners is unfavorable and the high end of compensation feels low compared relative to hours worked. Fire drills are weekly and upper management seems out of touch with current market demands. As a multi year holder of their “sales rep of the year” award, the market is extremely challenging and priorities could be shifted to strengthen the current and future profitability of the company. Incentive structure is the most competent feature they offer in the adult beverage industry. Lastly, there is a favorable amount of independence so long as individuals quotas are met consistently.
