Leadership is clueless and they don't care about their employees or their customers. The company culture is bleak. Glad I'm no longer there.

My overall experience at Wiley was very poor. They changed my compensation structure after only working there for about four months. When they realize what they had done was actually going to be more favorable to me financially, and they would have to pay me more money, they abruptly change the compensation structure yet again, the company is performing very poorly...Read More
