Overall Wework offers a much needed product, yet leadership is not diverse and do not welcome those who challenge the status quo. In my region, every leader shares the same identity variables as the territory vice president (most the same hair color, smh). The company is failing partly due to factors like this. People are not a priority and bad decisions are constantly rolled.

WeWork is a bit of a roller coaster and is not for people who are slow to adapt to change. It’s a great product, and a tangible one, so it really is enjoyable to sell along the customer buying journey.
