My overall experience was ok. The people and culture is what sets WeWork apart from other company's. The salary and OTE is very bad.

There are a lot of outside factors when working at WeWork with what is in the media, however, my experience was always great there and is hard to replicate elsewhere. I enjoyed it a lot, but needed to move on to other opportunities to advance my earnings and career.
