My overall experience was very positive, had a lot of fun and received outstanding sales training. You’ll learn to sell to a high level executive/purchasing agent, government/schools, major accounts like hospitals or casinos down to Main Street stores, pizza shops, mechanics, etc. My current success in residential real estate sales is definitely a result of the skills I learned here. The company is all about the sales force, it’s a work hard play hard culture, fun sales conventions, good incentives and sales contexts to make extra. Goal is to grow your business to a level where it makes sense to switch from base salary to commission, so you’ll want a territory with a lot of medium to larger business accounts.

Worked there for roughly 6 months. First job out of college over 10 years ago. The job is literally knocking on doors of every business on a given street and trying to offer lower pricing than the other competitors out there like Staples.
