Current Employee Softwares product (free website) itself has the potential to be disruptor in current market and overall clients are happy with product. However , for new sales rep attempting to develop transferable sales skills, the fact that the product is free and sales cycle
is unconventional (no contract, quota is based off usage of website) makes it difficult to transfer to other sales roles. Due to being a startup, there is a lack of clear training of the market / professional development. A sales rep starting their career here is not learning sales , they are learning how to work for this specific company . Browse Other Reviews
