My experience was good for a 16 year old at the time. Training is decent, but in my opinion it's just a scheme.

The culture of the organization is what brings me back. We are in the business for ourselves but not by ourselves. This career path of either going the Management route or CSP truly is "the more you put in, the more you get out"
