Best training, highest commission structure and rewarding as a young professional. Mostly focused on 17-25 years old starting out. Definitely a great investment of time and skill development

Decent. The job is what you make of it and there's lots of freedom in terms of how often and long you work for. 20 dollars per "qualified" appointment so i wouldn't call it a stable job.

The culture of the organization is what brings me back. We are in the business for ourselves but not by ourselves. This career path of either going the Management route or CSP truly is "the more you put in, the more you get out"
