Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience was negative. Base pay is low, and the insurance is terrible, which is hilarious considering its a health insurance company. Low opportunity for advancement. It used to be sales and performance based, now the key performance indicators are if you mention key phrases. There is also a big push for email and digital signatures for a population that is 65+. Bad decisions from corporate and director or territory managers are just looking to please corporate to get promoted. It's an echo chamber here and turn over is very high. Stay far away if possible, if you are desperate for a job you can apply and exhaust yourself.
