Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee We have great products that are able to make an impact to an operators business. Our brands are well known for quality so people know what to expect when they purchase them. Our leadership team does listen to our feedback and adapts to it which makes our role easier. We do strive to make this place an inclusive working culture where people can be proud to represent our company. With that being said, a missed opportunity for us is with our innovation strategy. We seem to encompass a one size fits all approach and that doesn't really work in all markets. It can be challenging to engage customer's with our products if we're always bringing the same items to the table. Operators want to see new ideas and especially labor saving ideas as this is a constant and persistent challenge. Overall if you're looking to get out of a distributor sales role and want to tap into working for a manufacture...this is a great place to start.
