Great company with great benefits but they pay their sales reps ~15+ less base salary than the competition. Incentive/ Commission compensation was convoluted, it did not reward top performers, and also underpaid reps at roughly 10%+ less than the competition. Leads are primarily given to small package reps not SCS reps.
