Terrible commission model with leadership taking every opportunity to not pay commissions. No lead flow. Tendency to overhire, under train. Culture of toxic positivity.

My experience was good. The product the company represents is extremely well market type. The team and culture are great and they make everybody included. I personally had great conversations with sales leaders and was helped grow in my career. The learning is great.
