I have been ripping calls and crushing quota, so it's been an awesome time. The SDR team is new this year. We get the top software like Orum and Outreach to help us with calls. And there's a wizard RevOps guy who builds the best lists for us.

They're building a world-class SDR org at Traba. There are terrific sales leaders and tenured reps who invest heavily in the development of new reps. With a great product and fast-moving deal cycles, you can see your impact in real time. The work is demanding but the team is as supportive as they are competitive.
