Great experience! Product is fantastic. Continually developing products and adding value for customers. Greta comp structure and leadership. Must be hungry to succeed like any sales role. Large TAM. Can be difficult learning curve for people who have only SaaS experience as there is IoT device sales within every sale. Newer leadership is making significant improvements and it’s an exciting time with a great sales team culture

Poor leadership that can never decide which way to go. There's a lot of politics and certain people get the best territories and best leads/accounts while others are expected to "grind" for anything they can get outbound. Offer remote roles, but they treat you differently than the ppl in office.
