Current Employee3.0Aug 22, 2023Great learning experience in the sense that you get to manage the ENTIRE sales cycle, however, very poor track record of developing talent. Sales Organization is extremely flat with limited opportunities to advance. Commission structure can be somewhat limited by your market since awards are primarily price driven.
