Former Employee3.0Jan 29, 2024I was in sales over 7 years. It was great before COVID. Once the pandemic hit, the leadership goals changed and the ability to hit quota changed drastically. This continues through 2023, while I watch great reps leave as they are not being appreciated for the value they bring.

Former Employee4.0May 20, 2024The majority of my time at Thermo was wonderful. The targets were ambitious but achievable, training and support were excellent. New leadership in the division made significant changes to the commission structure and territories which negatively impacted sales reps resulting in high attrition rate. This was a few years ago but, overall it is a great organization.
