Depends on your division and manager. Most of time is luck and territory base. At the end of the day most leaders do not see the day to day in sales but just want reps to produce numbers. We are lucky to see a handful of leaders who was once a sales rep and understands the day to day.

Decent company but there’s a lot of politics involved. Obviously well known products.
