Good place to start in scientific sales, but the company does very little to develop reps. Training is essentially nonexistent. The company shots their absolute best to ensure that reps are not compensated for the products they sell.

Great benefits- strong company and outlook. The incentive plan was very confusing and but it has been a tough market in bio-tech the past few years.
