Leadership looks at sales as easily replaceable and there is no respect from the other departments within the company. They are constantly trying to hire new reps when no one is currently hitting quota and they've completely shut off marketing for the sake of 'trying to hit profitability'.

We recognize there have been challenges in our Sales organization, which is why we've recently brought on new Sales leadership who joined us from TikTok. One of her top priorities is fostering a culture of respect and collaboration across departments, ensuring sales is recognized as a vital part of our organization. Regarding marketing support, we've also just hired a new VP of Marketing who will be working closely with our sales team to generate high-quality leads and create alignment between our marketing and sales efforts. We understand that hitting quota is directly tied to having proper support systems in place, and these leadership changes reflect our commitment to creating an environment where sales professionals can thrive. We appreciate your candid feedback as it helps us continue to improve.

Wouldn’t recommend. Worst commission pay outs I’ve ever seen in my career. Expect to make sdr money here. Reviews are accurate. Leadership puts sales on the back burner and thinks people will stick around with the worst pipeline generation I’ve ever seen - no alignment from other departments. It’s a mess - feels like a fake job.
