CRO is a great leader, but is hamstrung by a founder CEO who is beyond his scope and is being fed smoke and mirrors information by marketing. MQL’s are fake (OOO auto responses are counted) and inbound leads are weak at best and non existent at worst. This is a great concept with a strong product to support, but the sales team continues to be a revolving door as targets continue to move.
