Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee In my two years here, there have been 3 rounds of layoffs (which I have survived each one) and 2 C level leadership changes. We change direction every quarter, there is little to no training, the culture has been awful since I started and only gotten worse with time. There is so much that needs fixed but yet everything always falls on the sales team as a culprit when there are numerous areas of opportunity for the organization.
