Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee At first it seemed like the company cared but then they just threw new training after new training after new training with little support. There's a lack of management that cares. Then they up and got rid of everyone because "they can't afford to keep us on" so they decided to hire outside in Costa Rica to supplement the staff as it costs less to outsource. Very disappointing in the way the company made such a quick decision after all the hard work everyone had put in. It doesn't matter how well you worked, doesn't matter how many different departments you work for. Everyone is replaceable at the drop of a dime, especially when it comes to a corporate company bottom line. Sad to know they went from being a great company who valued employees to having no regard for their staff as they would rather make more money and pay outsourced employees a fraction of what u.s based employees were paid. They could have been a great company to work for but they've gone down a path that all these big corporations do of starting to care and then letting power money and greed get to their head instead.
