My overall experience was good. I saw the company from a handful of people in a closet to over 150 people occupying 3 floors in a downtown Phoenix, AZ office building. Unfortunately, many of the core personal that were key to its success, growth, and culture development have been pushed out. But that does NOT mean there still aren’t GREAT people there. This includes the founders too.

My experience was shocking. Witnessing the lack of support for the sales team, inadequate/woeful training, and laser focus on activity for activity’s sake (smile and dial, regardless of the quality of calls) it was no surprise that there seemed to be 15-30% turnover monthly. This company is in a violent nosedive. Leadership has no idea what they are doing. I've only been here a short time, but my observation is they will find any possible way to excuse not paying what you are owed.
