The base compensation was great, but the expectations constantly changed. They hire great people, but have a hard time retaining them due to various factors. I would say the main factor was not having processes in place. When a process would be established, it would only be followed for a day or two before changing again. That works for some people, but I had a hard time dealing with unestablished processes and expectations.
