The base compensation was great, but the expectations constantly changed. They hire great people, but have a hard time retaining them due to various factors. I would say the main factor was not having processes in place. When a process would be established, it would only be followed for a day or two before changing again. That works for some people, but I had a hard time dealing with unestablished processes and expectations.

Absolutely the worst company on planet earth. They lie about the product, have no customers, and are destined to crash and burn. They offer zero training and support and expect their new hires to magically sell something by leveraging their existing network. WHAT A JOKE! 0/10
