My experience was overall positive. I worked with some large customers who are happy to take your call, and Staples has a positive view of customers in the marketplace. The downside is that, with being run by private equity, you always felt like you were one bad month away from being let go.

Good culture. Everyone is committed to working hard and selling as many accounts as possible. Newer reps will mostly be closing deals under $100k. “Eat what you kill” attitude.
