Staples Advantage is a good role is not hard but you do have to be consistent. they do give you a lot of time off but you just need to be smart on when you take that time off. "its sales" You need to bring in new biz & have existing client continue to order to make quota

In my first year the compensation plan was changed 3 times. Each with higher quota and less attainability based on not only metrics, but actual physical supplies. The most common and core supplies that businesses need were completely removed from compensation value.
