The SLED account manager role is a great stepping stone to begin a career in public sector sales. The OTE is a bit on the low side, but is an excellent way to build inside sales skills, especially as it relates to long, complex deals

The leadership on the Customer Success team is horrible. They over work the staff and would rather get ride a dedicated team members than address toxic management style. Leaders are not held accountable and they retaliate against staff who a vocal about poor treatment.
