Poor, training was lacking, leadership gave a long leash to reps but seeemes to pressure everyone on hitting their marks without much support. I hit quota frequently but they were not concerned with customer retention and focused on the optics of acquisition

Leadership changes don’t improve the poor product. Disrespecting reps and playing favorites doesn’t build trust or a solid team. Those of us left trying to pick up the pieces are getting real tired.
