Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I'm glad I worked at Southwestern. I learned a lot of valuable skills and worked with some amazing people. In the context of other door to door companies, the base compensation relative to the number of hours we worked (80-100/week) was low. I could have made more money working for a different d2d company. Constructive feedback would be for managers to be understanding when someone wants to leave or do something else with their college summers. There is a lot of pressure to stay in the internship until "you've learned everything that you can" when in reality, many people continue to underperform because they've simply learned all that they are capable of.
