Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Working here was great in the beginning, loved my boss and all of leadership. About 6 months ago, we got bought out by a new private equity firm and they got rid of all leadership/C-level and replaced them with people from the PE firm. Since this has happened the company has gone downhill. Reps that weren't on track to hit quota (but hit 130%+ last year) were put on PIP plan and fired at year end if they didn't hit plan. They wanted to push these reps out so they could bring in new. I'm lucky that I'm still here.
