There makings of a good product, but a weak GTM approach and inconsistent sales motion left a weak pipeline. Niche upskilling (e-learning) software was a tough sell with no real strategic alliances and minimal certification credibility. Still, a decent core product with room to grow.

Base was recently raised, but was an Enterprise AE role at a MM AE comparable rate. Sales leadership has been a revolving door, but now have a dedicated CRO. Far Exceeded quota last year.
