Shell is a great employer with amazing benefits. Unfortunately, leadership is dealing with lots of change in the industry. Leadership has struggled to time offers to help with that change causing some whiplash for reps and customers alike.

I work in the commercial lubricants direct sales teams, where my team seems to the largest accounts. The product is top tier. Not a strong structured development program, but there is opportunity to shine.
