Sales at SeekOut is a struggle. Only a few people out of a team of 40+ was even close to hitting quota. There were layoffs recently and the team was essentially reduced by half. Those of us left are still struggling to hit quota. Compensation is all over the place and there is a huge variation in pay; those who were on a higher salary were the first to be let go....Read More

They had to reorg the sales team twice, cut amazing reps. The leadership was terrible and had no idea how to sell or what selling was about. They didn't clear any blockers for the reps and when the economy downturned it was every man/woman for themselves. Arrogant leaders, tough spot to be in.
