Breaking into target accounts was tough challenge, and we were instructed to spend the majority of our time in 1-2 major accounts. Sales cycle too long, unit price too expensive, and quotas too high for it to be reasonably attained. Customer service was also a black eye for certain accounts, making it hard to expand after the initial install. There are many fleet customers with 100s of units running, so the tech works but you need some luck! Overall, things have appeared to improve, and the tech is still best in the industry.
