Back to ReviewsFormer Employee This is a startup, so it what expected to be volatile due to the growing pains that comes with that. There were plenty of those. The product has amazing bones, and over time it’s improved. It’s very much needed, and it has immense potential. OTE would be easily attainable if there was structured training on the product, all of the nuances associated, and the admin work. This is a role where there needs to be assessments taken by AE’s and SDR’s to increase cohesion, information from top of funnel on down, and product knowledge. The commission structure changed lots of times, the AE’s were compensated for this at times. The culture is fairly positive, but it does lack diversity; even though, inclusion has been a big focus. That lack of diversity is in having qualified people of color. There has been lots uncertainties around positions as well. Working from home here has been a positive experience though. There is much improvement to be done, and as someone who truly enjoyed this company it is important to note where opportunity for improvement lies. There will be much more longevity in the roles, and the company will flourish if addressing these critiques.
