Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee To start off with the good, the product is very good at what it does. In a world of nice-to-have SaaS products; a reliable, scalable database is a must have. The problem is that it's a very specialized product that's not ideal for every company. This means that there aren't a ton of quality inbound leads to work with. Outbound prospecting has been difficult for both SDRs and AEs. The comp plans are heavily weighted towards pipeline and only a portion of the total pipeline for each opp gets paid out. So none of the SDRs ever receive the full OTE that gets promised. Base pay is very good, but again, earning a decent amount of commission is tough. The biggest criticism is that historically, the company hasn't promoted SDRs. And SDR management has been lacking as well. I believe that both of these are starting to change for the better, but there is still work to be done.
