Culture and upper management is pretty terrible. Awful actually. But you can make a lot of money and gtfo. Not somewhere you want to stay long term. The training is excellent and its ONE tray and a profitable procedure. But they’ve been cutting territories so reps aren’t making as much as they used to. But still can easily clear $270-300k+ if you’re a top performer. It’s a very very very toxic culture though. Trust no one at this place. Make money and leave

Issues regarding product availability. Great clinical data, physicians love product but difficult to maintain relationships when you can’t meet demand. Enjoy working with field/sales members but support staff has high turnover and is unreliable. Comp plan is very complicated and has taken a decrease three consecutive years
