Rocket Lawyer was a great idea but didn't know how to monetized it properly. Was seen more as of "nice to have" than a "need to have" to HR/Benefits Leadership teams. They saw the value but it wasn't something employees asked for. They also offered a free trial and most people wouldn't renew after the free trial. Poor leadership and management. Commission was good when and if reps could even hit their numbers but that was very, very rare.
