Very little systems or structure in place. The few all filled with grey areas. Zero black and white. No advancement in the company.

Demand for Rimini Street has decreased as Software vendors are more more willing to reduce maintenance fees. Software Vendors are also making it harder for customers to download and store software entitlements for future use after they leave the vendor.

Honestly in my entire career I've never experienced anything worse. Not sure if reflective of the company outside of Australia but within it, it's a joke.
