While there is a definite need for patient communication and digital marketing services, the market is extremely saturated. The product is decent, but the inbound lead flow is pretty poor, and there’s significant pressure on the sales team to build their own pipeline. Leadership seems to change its sales strategy frequently, making it challenging to find a consistent approach that works.
Additionally, the tools available to the sales team for effective prospecting are quite limited. If you're not a fan of micromanagement, this may not be the best fit for you. Most reps struggle to hit quota consistently, and there aren't many opportunities for career advancement at this time. Browse Other Reviews
