Former Employee It's almost impossible to measure your success at Reach - there are moving quota targets and little to no transparency into how compensation is calculated and tracked. This leads to burn out very quickly. It's a company with an amazing value add/service and great market fit - but no actual idea how to make it easy for people to use. ICP has been narrowed down to a pool of maybe 1-2000 SMB/midmarket brands. Leadership cannot figure out how to build and run a successful sales team.
