Randstad is a large, corporate organization that offers a great fit for "go-to market" strategy in the competitive space of staffing. The primary drawbacks, are lower base salary rates due to internal pay equity issues, infrastructure changes that occur typically 1x or 2x per year, and a lack of clear communication from senior leadership in the organization.

My overall experience was pretty positive. Depends on your leader. The hours are nice. Environments are toxic dishonesty and cliques. Leadership leaves a lot to be desired. Constant restructuring to move positions and make them obsolete
